Just set up a new account.
Paypal decided to add SI to our Austrian postcode - which is the prefix for Slovenia. I can't alter it however I try. I have followed the guidance, created a new address all that stuff but it won't change. I don't want things going to the wrong country.
It has decided that my nationality is Austrian - but I am from the UK.
It has decided that my time zone is an American one whereas we are CET.
I have tried the "help" and gone round and round the houses until I am sick of it.
It has decided that my location is Slovenia.
Arrgghhhhh !!!
