Received new PayPal Chip reader (the big one with keypad). not powering up, says recharge now, and then starting up, please wait, charging battery may take few moments. and turns off again. using original cable, red light at top is on indicating connected to power. tried different outlets, and USB terminals, tried different cables, almost 12 hours, The reader is defective and I need to replace it.
