How do I transfer funds to resolve my negative balance on my paypal account? I click on the first site on transfer funds, add funds to resolve negative balance and i get a message when i submit payment: We're sorry, you don't have permission to complete this action. For more information, contact the person who controls your account permissions. If someone had a similar issue, please advise me what to do. Thanks
1. Transfer funds from your bank account or card (country dependent) via "add funds" .
2. Get a mate or family member to send you a payment to your paypal via the friends / family option (as long as they don't fund it with a card there is no fee).
3. Via a card over the phone with paypal.
