I've had my PayPal account linked to my checking account for years and just now I'm unable to purchase anything using it because I'm "negative" $2.20. I've tried transferring from my bank to it to fix it, I've tried calling and tweeting to no avail.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
