I sold a SSD on ebay to a buyer for $90. They were getting impatient with it getting to them so they opened a claim. Paypal gave me a negative balance of $90 as a refund to the buyer I assume? I never got the original $90 since ebay was holding the funds until the item got to the buyer. During that time of waiting for the claim to finish, I received payments from other buyers but those were used to pay off the negative balance. Today they close the claim and I'm no longer in the negative, but I was only refunded $90. This means I made a net of zero. Will I get the other $90 back? Should I talk to ebay or PayPal about this or both?
