I am the shelter operations director and manager for a small no-kill cat shelter in Virginia. I have been trying to access our business Paypal account but I am having a problem. The shelter operations director was fired prior to my arrival at the shelter. It was not a pleasant parting of ways. I have been calling, emailing, etc. the ex-employee asking for this information but all of my questions, etc. has been ignored and unanswered. I have no idea what the password is, what the security questions are that are listed on the account for password recovery. We are a 501c3 and we function solely on our donations from our supporters.
Can someone point me in the correct direction so we can properly manage our account? I would greatly appreciate it and our sweet cats and kittens would too.
