Hi, i've been trying to send money to a friend recently but it seems that i cannot transfer my funds even though i've previously sent him money a few months prior (jan) instead, paypal told me to link a new card (credit card) even though i've got no problem with my saving account. Can you please kindly tell me what seems to be the problem. a fast response would be highly appreciated due to the urgency, Thanks in advance!
