Need your help - So Many issues

Oh god where to start. Struggling to choke back the severe hate for paypal right now. Gosh they are hard to work with. Anyway we opened accounts in australia.

 

We have a small amount of money sitting in one account that i tried to move today but after logging in and out a few times it is now asking me to confirm my details and i cannot TEXT because that phone doesnt exist anymore and Paypal isnt sending the email confirm even though the email is correct.

 

Now i couldnt get any help with that account because all paypal wants you to do is to confirm your account before helping you with your issues of confirming your accoount FFS paypal. 

Thirdly is we no longer live in australia and cannot update any of our details within the account to where we live now in Sweden. (isnt this meant to be a gloabl company...come on paypal stepup your game) 

SO my questions are.

1. How can i verify my first account i cannot access now

2. How do i access my account to transfer that money out?

3. how do i update my details to my new country?

4. is there a better more user-friendly platform than paypal?

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.
