I have account with Bank of India.My account associated branch of Bank of India is not found in Your PayPal database. I was searched in PayPal bank account adding menu, but the BOI branch, were my account was exist,is not included in PayPal data base. So, check your data base and update.Then it is possible to link my bank account to PayPal.
