Hi. I recently set up a PayPal account (not this one) for use with a savings account. The other account I'm using now was created after turning 18, however the one I'm using right now to type this, which was created before turning 18, I need to have closed soon. I cannot close this account because I have $0.15 sitting in my wallet waiting to be accepted, however I cannot accept it because 1. I never verified information on this account and 2. This was created before I became 18 and I could not be legally bound to any contract at that time, which is why I never shared my information on this account.
I need to close this account, but I can't remove the $0.15 sitting in my wallet because it can't be accepted.
