Wanted to change contact name of our company account in PayPal.
this was an employee who left years ago.
I sent in the documents as requested:
a) letter on company letterhead detailing previous contact person, new contact person
and reason for change
b) personal ID of new person
However, Paypal keep rejecting the documents! without stating the exact reason!
This is exasperating. Is this a tactic by Paypal to keep your funds locked up?
The account is now under "Limitations" which means we cannot make payments.
Please advise what I can do.
