Need to cancel my account immediately. Scammers keep changing my information

I need to cancel my account immediately. Scammers keep on getting into my acc And Changing my information! How do I delete my account? I have done everything the application tells me to and it just drops my page back to the login page. Please help me!!! I even call the 800# and they said they can’t help me!!! UGHHHHH!!!!!

I would do a virus scan on your computer first.

Change the password if you can.
