Need to access an account

Hello,

I have been trying everything I can for months to get access to an account that was created by an employee that no longer works for the company. I have talked to customer service and sent the proper documentation but nothing has been done. I have business transactions in limbo that have not been resolved. My company's reputation is on the line, not to mention there is money in the account that I cannot access. 

 

Does anyone have any advice on what my next steps should be? Should I call a lawyer? Better Business Bureau?
