Need to Change my account from Business to Individual account

Hello,

I have been trying to convert my account from Business to Individual account for months, but not able to do. I have had sent so many emails regarding that and there were no replies at all.  Actually, I created this business account unknowingly and never ever transacted with this account. It was also limited some months back and I had to resubmit my address proof then I had received a mail stating account given back with normal standing. 

I only need this account now from business to individual account. I would be so much happy if they help me to do it. I am almost fed-up by sending so many emails and I hadn't received any help for the same. I had even tried to close my account too. Kind of frustrated a lot with this account.

 There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

OR
You could just close your business account (removing all subscriptions / financial info etc first) and open a personal one.
