Been messaging with customer service 9.5 hours with no help.
Ive tried Chrome, Safari, Firefox. I’ve cleared history and all the other. Rebooted. Tried Desktop, IPAD and Android. There has to be a problem with my account. I Can not view the homepage. When I log in, it starts loading. Once loaded all I can view are links that are usually at the bottom of the page. I can go all over PayPal and view everything on their site EXCEPT “HOME”.
How to I reach someone for help. Forget their message app. Customer Service doesn’t do any good and everywhere they have sent me leads back to them. Is there a phone number? Is there a live person with PayPal that cares?

I'm having tech issues too but there seems to be nowhere to tell them. It is as if they think their website is perfect or something!
