Someone cracked my paypal account and I am unable to resolve fraudulent activity. The cracker changed my login info and security setting and am unable to reach customer service since I effectively have been locked out of my account. Can someone please help me with this situation?
Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US and select the PAYPAL GUEST option since you are locked out of that account.
My current number(which is new to me) is presumably linked to an old account(since when I call customer service they ask me to verify my account information) which leads me to be stuck in the robot voice menu system.

And this is you calling as PayPal Guest? Call again and say "Live Agent" to the Automatic recording.
