Need help finding links to "Manage Subscriptions?

The help page says if I go to "More," there are links to "Manage Subscriptions." But no such links appear on my page. Anyone else have this problem?

Click on the profile tab (cog icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
