Hi I need help...

I'm trying to turning ON the "Auto Return" but when im saving it.. it says "Saved" but when I refreshed the page, it goes back to OFF.

I need it to turn ON the PDT.

for short I cant turn on the Auto Return on my paypal settings after saving it.
