Nationality problem

Hello, I am Croatian and when i was signing up for my PayPal account I wasn't given an option to choose my nationality, it automatically selected "United States" and I was only given an option to choose from which state I am. Therefore i have chosen something absolutely random. Due to that I wasn't able to type my mobile phone number or do anything else. I tried to reach the support but I couldn't submit my question, my problem because I had to choose general group of my problem, and this kind of problem wasn't in any of them. Everything I tried hasn't given any results. Please help!

Sorry but when you click to register an account the TOP option is U.S as its a U.S company but if you click on the drop down box you can select YOUR country from the country list........just like I did as I am not in the U.S.

 

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
