Hi, I have tried to change a couple of things on my account (business set up properly now). I have been asked to print a letter of authorisation and sign and return. The problem is the name on the letter of authorisation is not right. I cannot seem to find where to change it. The business name is correct on everything I can see. Any ideas?

I am sorry about your issue. You can modify directly the file through a program or manually. If that is not the case, please try contacting customer service by phone by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then Call us, or reach out via private message through Facebook or send a direct message through Twitter.
