Cheng my name R <removed> to Nitin <removed> I submitted my government document. Help me plz

If you have done as per link then you need to wait for customer services to change it for you.

However they only change a name for a 1 or 2 digit minor typing mistake in the name OR for legal reasons ie marriage.

If the document you have supplied does not match the name on your paypal account OR prove you have legally changed it then it won't be changed.
