Name change

Hello sir, My name as per I registered on PayPal is Nihal <removed>. But in my pan card I don't have a surname so when I uploaded my pan for verification on PayPal I am facing name issues, PayPal said my name is NIHAL <removed> according to pan I.e. My father's first name as my surname. Please help me to edit my name to NIHAL <removed> in my account. Regards..

I made every step and have send id proof and everything but paypal haven’t replied to me and did not change my last name and I can’t use it....
