I have been attempting to change my contact name for my business. my business alias is different from my legal last name. hence i have money locked into paypal and they act like they cant verify. I have sent in the needed documentation in various forms through 3 different portals only to be told i cant change it because it doesnt match the business name. Duh, because the business last name is a fake alias. How can i fix this issue.
