I changed my legal name and I’ve been waiting a long time and have gotten NO response, I sent my court papers AND my ID. There is no excuse for such a large company to fail in such a big way. I’m transgender, this isn’t the only time my name change has caused me serious issues. At this point, I’m ready to switch payment providers and leave PayPal all together. I will warn the trans community about this issue so we can use a different payment provider and avoid this LAZY business.
