I am going through process of gender transformation. My official name was changed and I need to change my paypal name to correspond with new one. But PayPal constantly denies it, even when I sent all - my new ID, official decision from Office and letter of explanation. Still, PayPal forces me to create new account. Honestly, I feel discriminated. What PayPal do if some woman got married? They force her to cancel her account and create new one as well? I am really loosing my patience with this nonsense.
