Name change query?

Was wondering if anyone knows how long it takes for PayPal to allow a Name change? 

 I’ve submitted the supporting documents backing up my name change & now I’m left waiting. 

Ive been using PayPal to pay for goods online with no problem using bank account in new name, now, Ive got funds in my account I cannot seem to withdraw them?   I’ve read somewhere on here this because my now name & bank account name doesn’t match my PayPal account name.

Yes, and I would have given it to you if............you had added your country to your community profile or said in your post what country you were in.

Ah beautiful Scotland, love it, I am right at the other end of the Uk just before you fall off the bottom into the sea 

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
