Name change: minor correction won't work

Even it's for fixing 1 or 2 characters it never work.

Want to change my last name from '<removed>' to '<removed>', never allow me to do so. How could I change it then, just remove an 'a' is so difficult.

I'm having the same issue. I just need to change an misspelled alphabet in my currently registered name but the "Make a minor correction" doesn't work. Everytime I try to change it just say that I can only make 1-2 characters which in my case should be able to do so because I only need to edit 1 alphabet. I attached here a screenshot of the error when I try to make the correction. Do you have any solution? I tried contacting the helpline via messaging in the web but no reply.

Is there a solution about this minor correction? I had my Paypal account since 2012 and never thought that it would be difficult to change the name. Please need a help here. I wanted to link my Paypal to another method but could not do it because the name does not match.
