Hey I started a business and I am only 14 not knowing that I wouldn't Be able to change my name I created a PayPal account but now I can't get my money out. So I am trying to change it to my mothers name so she can get the money out for me but I can't provide legal information Because it says Im to young and I have. money in my account how am I supposed to get the money out.
