My ex husband’s name is the one listed on the account and PayPal won’t let me change it to my name. I would open up a new account but I have only one credit card and PayPal won’t let me open a new account with the same card. The self help guide is useless and when I called there was a 2-3 hour wait time! I would just delete my account altogether but unfortunately I need to use it. Every time I log in I’m reminded of the control and abuse I went through with my ex; there should be an easier way to change my name to the one that matches my credit card and billing info (mine).
