On 2/January/2021, I have submitted my document that conforms my name is <Removed>. I have to put Kumar after <Removed> as the last name because it is required in the sign-up process. Now I want to change my name from <Removed> to <Removed>.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
