I've been married SIXTEEN YEARS. Paypal has STILL not changed my name! The first time I contacted them, they wanted my ORIGINAL MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE MAILED TO THEM. Nope, no way. So now we can upload the documents. I've done that a few times. Shall I do it once a week until they get off their butts and CHANGE MY NAME to my LEGAL NAME?
