I requested a name change on my account almost a month ago. Change of first name. Eg. from John Smith to Peter Smith
I sent all supporting documentation (Think it was a passport to prove name / Utility Bill to prove name & address).
No response? Can anyone advise?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
