When I opened a business account, I regretfully & mistakenly named my first and second name ,as my BUSINESS NAMES as i already have a personal account since 2012.
The specialist sent this email:

The name of an individual needs to be registered in full on your PayPal account. You'll need to submit a name change request to rectify this and we'll require you to upload some documentation.
My business information is ok. It is just the ACCOUNT OWNER INFORMATION i need help updating.
Everything else has been verified but this one part.
I have attached the required documents but i doubt they have gone through, is there any other link or way to send my documents for verification?
Can you please help me change this as I tried to do it myself since the last on week with no success? I have copies of my ID and my home utility bills, & business registration certificate.
I contacted the team on chat almost 8 days ago, and before that had waited over a week. The team advised my case has been assigned to a specialist, Who will contact me on the same thread, but nothing yet. I contacted them again 3 days ago with no reply.
I will appreciate any advise/help on how i can get to FastTrack the process., its causing me so much sleepless nights
