Hi there! My problem is every time I log in to PayPal, there is always a notification that appears. I couldn't find a way where to solve it. This is what is says:
"Thanks for using your PayPal account! To comply with regulatory requirements, we need to confirm your identity as the account owner. This will also help you avoid account limitations."
I am afraid this always affects my transaction whenever I need to transfer funds.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
