NEED HELP ASAP

So I somehow managed to create 2 accounts with one email... if need be I can explain how i did this without even knowing i did it. In my main account, I know the password to it and can get logged in and deleted the email that was in common in this account (again I can explain in more depth if need be) and i still cant log into my other account. This account has $5000 in it and i need that money. How do i log in? My phone number is the same as well for both accounts so i cant go about it that way either. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

For assistance with this, please contact customer service as Guest, since you’re locked out of your account:

1. Log on 
2. Click HELP at the top menu
3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US
4. Scroll down to click CALL US 
5. Click PayPal Guest option

Please do not be logged on to any account when accessing the guest option as PayPal won’t discuss an account through another account.
