 I have question about my name in paypal is Mohammed <removed> (nike name) and my real name nadia <removed>

if I provide paypal with my ID photo and have real name is that will locked my account ?

The documents to confirm i.d or a name on your paypal account have to match the name on that paypal account OR prove its been legally changed to that name.

If its a fake name then yes it will most likely be limited.
