My profile name is posted as "(First Name) null (Last Name)" in My Account settings

As the title says, my profile name is posted as "(First Name) null (Last Name)". I didn't input it as part of my name, nor do I know how or why it's there. My questions are these:
1. Is there any way to remove the "null" from my name? I've tried editing it as a typo, but it doesn't show up as an editable or removable part, only my first name and last name. Furthermore, it still remained even after I edited it.
2. Would I have to include the "null" as part of my full name as part of a refund process I'm currently going through? I'm not sure whether to give my full name as "(First Name) null (Last Name)" or just "(First Name) (Last Name)".
