I've just made a purchase through PayPal and it confirmed then showed me my card had been link to a phone number which isn't mine,and you need to correct it,or cancel the membership and order
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
