My phone number doesn't receive PayPal confirmation codes

Dear Sir or Madam,

Greetings and wish you a good day,

The issue is:

I updated my password and one of the confirmation or security steps is that PayPal to send me a confirmation code to my registered account; however, I received nothing after several attempts. I also tried to update my phone number to add the country code, yet it returned an error message that entered phone number is incorrect. Kindly advice what to do or how to receive message on my registered phone number from PayPal.

Are you in Saudi, with a Saudi paypal account and a Saudi phone number?

Yes, In KSA with Saudi number.

Does this service is not applicable is Saudi Arabia?
