My paypal account has been limited.

On Mar 24, I recieved an email that I need to confirm my identity, I done all of that.

When I click on the link to provide document It said

"Thank you for providing the required information.

We’ll get back to you within 2-3 business days."

But I keep recieved mail request addition information. 

It's been 2 week now, I can't do anything
