Why I can't change my name, I already sent a statement and a copy of my ID but till the moment nothing change, what should I do??

You can only change a name if there was a minor spelling error of up to 2 characters OR a legal name change eg marriage.

So which of those two was it?

Thanks allot dear, but i have more than 2 characters what should I do in this case, also is it a big problem if all characters capital letters or not? To match my ID card witch I used its need to be capital letters I think please advise.
