I was sent money from a friend to my old PayPal account that has a old email address that I haven't been able to access for a few years, how do I get money from my old account to new account if I forgotten password
Firstly if its showing as pending/unclaimed on your friends paypal account t hen cancel it if there is an option to do so, if not it should time out 30 days post payment.
Secondly if its showing as sent/completed then you would need to contact customer services to see if they can help you access the old account > then transfer the funds and close it.
