I rejected a payment from eBay unknowingly and had trouble buying things from eBay even after I reactivated my card. So I removed my debit card from PayPal but was unable to add it back. I contacted my bank and there was no issue on their front. And I even tried contacting PayPal support who told me to wait 48 hours which I did and got the same error. So now I'm here. Please help.
