Im a user from the philippines. My credit cards gets declined everytime i verifying my paypal account. My master card has a fund there is no problem in it but it is declined i even need to verify my identity and lessen my payapl activities so i get upset. Then i get a credit card on the bank nearby last tuesday qnd fund it then use it to verify my account but again it gets declined i dont know why.
