Hello could anyone help me i don't know how to unlock my card on PayPal

Unlock as its been declined?
Unlock as in a paypal card you have to register?
Unlock as in you have put in the wrong code 3 times to confirm?
Unlock as in you can't add your card?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
