Hi @Malikia22,

 

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty that you're having adding a card. If the messaging is saying that the card has been used on another account, you very likely opened another account at some time in the past. If you're unable to recall the login and password for that account, you can call customer service by phone and ask a representative to search for an account using that card number. If you're able to verify the appropriate information associated with that account, they can help you get the card removed and get the account closed.

 

To reach customer service by phone, you can get the number by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and navigating to the option to call.
