My brother has login problems

My brother had a problem with paypal account. It asked me and you to help it.

Today I logged into my paypal account via the mobile app but received a notification: "Check your info and try again". I am sure the email and password are correct.
I went into the reset password and logged in again, but I still couldn't get the message: "For security reasons, you’ll need to reset your password".
I have reset the password a few times but it still doesn't work.

It seems like a technical issue may be occurring. I would recommend clearing cache and cookies, deleting the browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing the account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue! Otherwise, your brother will need to contact our Customer Service directly as our system may be preventing the access to the account for security reasons.
