My bank paid balance days ago

Money come out my bank days ago yet my paypal account still says I owe it and I cant remove my card or cancel my account until its paid well paypal its paid so delete my account please

It may have left your bank account but that does not mean that paypal have received it.

Paypal use the slowest (and cheapest) transfer option and in the UK it can take 5-7 working days to hit your paypal account.

You could have added it via a card over the phone or asked someone to pay the amount into your paypal balance and that would have been quicker.
