My address on pay pal is wrong (filled by mistake)

I cant  verify that it is me because i choose US address by mistake please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can't use another countries paypal account.

Remove any info from it that you can and close it, if you can't close it then you may have to ask customer services to do it for you.

Then open a paypal account in the correct country.
