Hello I have my PayPal account country set to United Arab Emirates but I just shifted to Pakistan recently and PayPal doesn't allow changing of country so i wanted to close my account and create a new one but I have balance in this account is there anyway I can have the same balance in the other account too or however send it to other account I tried to a credit card but PayPal doesn't allow pakistan credit card p.s i want to change country because i cant make purchases from PayPal due to country issue Thank you
